Re: Can we see how long someone took to answer?
The software does not show you the times in the Export but it does tag the times for the responses, so you are correct that the person who answers the questions the fastest would automatically be the winner. It does not give them a different score, it just calculates the speed of their answers acros...

Re: Can I record all the results we have so far?
The base station does not have storage. You must save all of your presentations when you finish them. Each must have it's own file name. Have you done that? If you did not save the presentation before you cleared the data, you no longer have a record of the data on your computer. I have attached the...

Re: Is there a way I can vote on a slide whilst only effecting some answers?
No, if you run a vote again it will clear all the data and everyone must vote again. To do this you go to the slide where you want to vote again. That slide will be showing the graph from the original vote. Press V on your computer and the results will be cleared and everyone can vote again. There i...

Re: Can we see how long someone took to answer?
You can set a time limit and instead of the Votes Cast box showing the number of votes that have been received, it will show how many seconds are left for the vote. Is that what you need? To do that go to Add-ins > Clikapad > Slide Editor. On the Voting tab change the setting from Count up to Countd...

Re: Can I record all the results we have so far?
Hello, did you save a copy of the file every time that you ran the presentation? If so you can export the results to Excel for each of those files. There is also a way to merge all of the presentations, so that it creates one big set of data from all the sessions.

Re: When I try to vote with my keypads, the vote box says K'Board
I'm sorry that you're having this issue, it sounds to me like the base station is not being recognized. Can I ask if you rebooted your system after you installed the software? The first thing that I would ask you to try is to go to keypad setup and then go to test and see if the base station appears...

Re: How many keypads can a receiver manage?
In theory 4000 keypads. However, in reality, the range of the receiver/keypads will almost certainly not cover this theoretical limit. In big rooms, we would recommend putting your receiver high up so as to maximize the range of which it will get a signal and avoid obstructions. We tend to use a sec...

Re: Quiz display won't let me select any of the questions!
The reason that there aren’t any questions appearing on that window would be because you didn’t have any of your questions set to correct answers. To do this go to the slide editor on one of your questions and go to ‘answers’. In the answers tab there should be a tab for quiz settings so please clic...

Re: How do I set correct answers in a quiz so that I can show a winner?
Yes, the voting software can calculate scores which will be shown in the Excel export and also can be shown live as a leader board or a slide showing a single winning keypad if preferred. You can also put keypads into teams and show team scores if preferred. First, you need to go to the slide editor...
