What do I do if the base station is not working!

I am on the test screen, trying to test my keypads and none of the keypads are showing that they responded. They are all showing as blank on the test screen.

If you are not getting a response from any of your keypads it could be a problem with the receiver's connection with the computer.
Possible causes are:

• That your base station is not plugged into the computer correctly. Make sure that there is an LED lit at the back of it.

• You may need to refresh your base station by pressing the refresh button from the main 'Keypad Setup' screen.

• Your IT department may have to whitelist the base station depending on your companies IT Policy.
