How do I know that the keypads are working?
Is there a way to make sure that the keypads are working?

Before every live session, we recommend that you test your keypads. There are two ways to do this. One is to simply start a vote and use the keypads to cast votes on the first voting slide. Whilst the votes cast box or countdown timer is on screen you can display which keypads have not voted by pressing the letter K on your keyboard.
The recommended method though is to use the test screen. To do this, go to Add-ins > CLiKAPAD > Set up > Keypads. Check that the low and high numbers set match the set of keypads that you are using. The number stickers on the back of the keypads show you the identities of the devices. Click on the green button that says Test. You will see a grid that includes all of your keypads. Now simply press a button on every keypad and you will see the number that you pressed appear next to each keypad number.
