Do I need an internet connection to run the ppvote software?

The keypads use RF to submit votes, so no internet is required. You will just need the CLiKAPAD receiver connected to your laptop.

If you want to allow voting from smartphones or other internet enabled devices, you will also need an internet connection on the laptop used for voting.
