Are the keypads covered under a warranty for accidental damage?

Yes, the hardware is supplied with a 2-year return to base warranty. This does not include batteries. In some cases we are able to repair the keypad but more often we supply a replacement. Repaired/replaced items will be sent out within 5 working days of receipt of the faulty goods. Please email support@clikapad.com prior to sending back any equipment.
