I have installed ppvote but I can't see it in the Add-ins menu when I open up PowerPoint!

First check which version you are installing and your PowerPoint version. All versions prior to v5 are only compatible with 32-bit PowerPoint. If you install version 4 on a computer with 64-bit PowerPoint, the Add-ins menu will not appear. Please contact support@clikapad.com if you need an updated installer.

If you have a compatible installer and have run the installation wizard but you’re not seeing the CLiKAPAD menu in the Add-ins menu it’s because it hasn’t been successfully installed or it hasn't been enabled in the Add-ins menu.

In order to successfully install you must have full Admin rights. Often users need their IT department to run installers on their behalf.

If you have Admin rights and compatible software but still don't see the Add-in,

Go to File > Options > Add-ins > manage PowerPoint Add-ins > Go > Add new

Now find the ppvote.ppam (the default location is: C:\Program Files (x86)\ppvote)

Click on ppvote.ppam > OK.

If done correctly you should see ppvote under available add-ins:
When you exit the menus the Add-ins tab should be available with the CLiKAPAD menu.

If none of the above resolves your issue please email support@clikapad.com for further assistance.
