Is there any choice to have a record with all the results from all presentations in total we have done so far?

Hello, did you save a copy of the file every time that you ran the presentation? If so you can export the results to Excel for each of those files. There is also a way to merge all of the presentations, so that it creates one big set of data from all the sessions.

I was wandering if the Clikapad Base Station was keeping a report from all the results I am saving. Otherwise how can I merge all results? For example what I need exactly to do is collect the total answers from my presentations in the last 3 months. How would you recommend me to do this ?

The base station does not have storage. You must save all of your presentations when you finish them. Each must have it's own file name. Have you done that?

If you did not save the presentation before you cleared the data, you no longer have a record of the data on your computer. I have attached the User Guide. How to merge data is on page 33. This is a good solution when you only have a small number of presentations.


If you have more than 10 presentations, I would recommend that you export the data for each presentation to Excel, then create a new workbook and copy the results sheet from each presentation to that file, so you have lots of worksheets in one Excel workbook. You can then create one worksheet where you use a formula to add the results from every other sheet.
